Osteopilates is an osteopathy practice and pilates studio with equipment, between Toulouse, Castres and Carcassonne, near Revel, Puylaurens, Cuq-Toulza, Lavaur and Castelnaudary, on the borders of the Tarn, Haute Garonne and Aude.

Marie Maubouché-Tinniswood is a qualified osteopath, DO, approved by the DRASS/DDASS and registered in the 'répertoire ADELI' (which lists all health professionals who are legally allowed to practice in France and its territories). She is a member of the 'Chambre Nationale Des Ostéopathes'. She treats babies, children, adolescents, pregnant women, adults, elderly people, sporting people, and accident victims using non-invasive gentle techniques such as cranial osteopathy as well as fascial, visceral, functional and structural techniques.

Based on the information obtained from the medical case history and clinical examination, she is qualified to give a differential diagnosis, and assess whether an osteopathy treatment is appropriate. The safety and well being of her patients is the main priority and if during the examination an underlying pathology is revealed then referral to the GP or a specialist will be recommended.

She is also a Pilates instructor (Polestar UK training specialised for health professionals) and the Pilates studio is fully equipped (reformers, trapeze table, ladder barrel, exo chair...). She offers individual tuition or in small groups (up to three people maximum), as well as workshops.

At Osteopilates, we are commited to reducing our impact in the environment. To learn more about what we do: Osteopilates and the environment.
